Prior to joining Brooks Kushman, Rondini worked for nearly 10 years as a hardware design and software engineer in the automotive and semi-conductor industries.

Matt Jakubowski, Partner & Patent Attorney, Brooks Kushman

Matt Jakubowski is co-chair of Brook Kushman’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy group where he counsels clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters including, litigation, IP portfolio management, freedom to operate opinions, agreement drafting and negotiations and due diligence projects. In addition, Jakubowski counsels clients on patent freedom to operate projects and the negotiation and preparation of different types of agreements, including license agreements, joint venture agreements and development and supply agreements.

Todd Dishman, Shareholder & Patent Attorney, Brooks Kushman

Todd Dishman is a cybersecurity and privacy specialist at Brook Kushman where he works to provide preventative assistance to clients to help them assess and improve their current cybersecurity and data privacy protocols as well as responding to data breaches. His blend of experience with prosecution and litigation has allowed him to successfully represent clients in post-grant proceedings, and centers his practice on the mechanical and electromechanical arts.

Ben Harel, Chief Information Officer, Brooks Kushman

Ben Harel has worked with Brooks Kushman for nearly a decade, supporting the growth of the firm through technology solutions. His past experience includes IT and telecom consulting services for financial institutions. His primary responsibilities include implementing, developing and managing technology to support the firm's practices. Harel is the chief technology liaison for the firm’s cybersecurity practice. He brings technical expertise to legal cybersecurity challenges, and acts as a technical bridge between clients and Brooks Kushman's attorneys who handle the legal implications of cybersecurity. Harel's technical expertise in cybersecurity includes advance threat hunting, malware analysis and experience with complex network visibility for cyber monitoring purposes.
