Oakland County, in partnership with the City of Pontiac, the U.S. Center for Advanced Manufacturing (USC4AM), the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), the Pontiac Funders Collaborative, and the Automation Alley Fund, is launching a transformational initiative to establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) in downtown Pontiac.
The CoE will anchor a broader innovation district designed to support inclusive economic growth, technological adaptation, and collaboration across public and private sectors.
Through this RFP, the Automation Alley Fund (serving as fiduciary) seeks proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to lead stakeholder engagement and strategic planning activities that will shape the governance, programming, facility use, and long-term sustainability of the CoE.
