Phil Mather
Phil Mather is a Senior Manager in Plante Moran's National Tax Office, where he spends the vast majority of his time advising on tax M&A for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He works closely with business owners, C-suite executives, and the broader deal team of advisors—attorneys, investment bankers, and others—to guide clients through the tax dimensions of a sale.
