Room Rentals

Our Automation Alley Headquarters in Troy, MI, features seven rooms for members to rent. Members receive a set of complementary uses based on their membership level, and non-members may purchase rentals at a-la-carte rates outlined below.

Woodward Auditorium

Ideal for: Large conferences, panel discussions, presentations, demos, speeches, and flagship events

Capacity: Up to 100

Rental: $200 per hour (2 hour minimum) 

Amenities:

  • Extra-large presentation screen and projector
  • Elevated stage
  • Professional seating for up to five panelists
  • PA system, microphones, and digital podium
  • Natural lighting
  • Space for catering
  • Branding opportunities

Michigan Room

Ideal for: Mid-size conferences, meetings, roundtable discussions, and presentations

Capacity: 20–36 (most in-demand space)

Rental: $180 per hour

    • Conference table with 20 swivel chairs
    • Auxiliary bench seating and two high-top tables with chairs

    Gratiot Room

    Ideal for: General meetings, roundtables, and presentations

    Capacity: Up to 20

    Rental: $125 per hour

    Jefferson Room

    Ideal for: Client meetings, presentations, and roundtable discussions

    Capacity: Up to 12

    Lafayette Room

    Soft Landing Space

    Ideal for: Companies and members seeking short-term workspace solutions.

    Automation Alley offers temporary office accommodations while Members seek out local real estate or establish other more permanent solutions. We provide a business address, physical office accommodations and private meeting space. Members get 90 days complimentary, then transition to a low rent option.
