Adopt efficient and flexible production process with advanced robotics
Robotics

April 7, 2021

Advanced robotics were utilized by a car seat manufacturer to boost factory production and employee flexibility. With significant growth and capacity expansion, delays were inevitable, but must be avoided as much as possible, so they used a lightweight robot that was easily programmed, installed, and automated to perform repetitive tasks. They were able to improve production efficiency, inspire innovation and enhance core competitiveness.

Using robotics to increase efficiency in production lines
Robotics

April 7, 2021

A drill and knife sharpener manufacturer used autonomous robots for screw driving and box erecting tasks. Faced with a shortage of workers, the company needed to do more with the available resources, so they integrated a programmed application, and went a step further to introduce a conveyor system and a PLC program that implemented the textual and graphical instructions. With this application, the manufacturer was able to increase the efficiency of the production line.

Improving safety and boosting workflow with AMRs
Robotics

April 7, 2021

A supply chain company used autonomous mobile robots for safer and more efficient case picking. The increase in distribution demand and shortage in labor has led to extensive drawbacks. In response, the supply chain company introduced autonomous mobile robotics (AMRs) that were directed to the correct locations in This allowed them to improve safety and optimize workflow.

Surveying mines for capacity and surface models
Robotics

April 7, 2021

A mining company required a sophisticated approach for conducting weekly topographical surveys in order to determine production capacity and develop mine digital surface models (DSM). The survey was carried out on foot by surveyors and required that mining operations be halted. They used a high-definition robotic drone to create 2D and 3D maps of the mine and gathered useful information stored in the cloud base. That information was analyzed using proprietary algorithms. With this, the company was able to easily invest, deploy, and make insightful business decisions.

Using robotic drones to detect abnormal activity along pipelines
Robotics

April 7, 2021

A natural gas transmission system operator is responsible for weekly pipeline monitoring to ensure that no unauthorized construction over the pipeline occurs. Construction can cause infrastructure damage, so operators must precisely determine the locations of potential hazards in order to react in time. In this case, an operator used a robotic drone sensor to photograph the linear infrastructure. After landing, the images were sent to the cloud-based platform to generate the orthomosaic and automatically detect the desired anomalies. The visualization of the images allowed opertors to detect anomalies.
