Dale is the Senior Director of Philanthropy Corporate Development at Kettering University. A Kettering alumnus and MIT Sloan Fellow, Dale joined the University in January 2020 after a long career in global business development and management in large public and small private companies. With business leadership experience in largely pioneering roles including CEO of a 5-company acquisition/merger, COO of a small technology startup, Managing Director GM East Africa (Nairobi, Kenya), Regional Director of Asia Pacific Delphi Energy and Engine Management Systems (Tokyo, Japan), Vice President China OE and Aftermarket Sales & Marketing Federal Mogul (Shanghai, China) and others, Dale is tasked to leverage his experience to help Kettering fortify existing and build new/stronger Corporate partnerships across broad industry segments. The STEM Gateway for Workforce Diversity is one representative example of that endeavor.
